During the order process, the customer is asked to provide personal details. Only information submitted with the order is collected and stored by The Stellar Styles. The subsequent use of the data is for business purposes to execute the contract between the customer and The Stellar Styles. Unless an account is created, the collection of personal information must be re-entered every time an order is made. If the customer has provided consent to receive The Stellar Styles newsletter, they hereby allow permission for their e-mail address to be used for promotional purposes.

During the ordering process, the customer is asked to provide personal details. Only information submitted with the order is collected and stored by The Stellar Styles. Unless an account is created, the collection of personal information must be re-entered every time an order is made.
We collect and use the data provided by the customer to process and fulfill the given order. If necessary to fulfill the obligation to the customer, it may be required to submit data to third parties. This submission of data to third-parties is done solely to fulfill the contract, and is between us and participating service partners, for example, the logistics service provider and the credit institution entrusted with payment matters. When transferring personal information entrusted to us, the data is limited to the minimum necessary.
Information Collected During Subscription to our Newsletter
If the customer has provided consent to receive The Stellar Styles newsletter, they hereby allow permission for their e-mail address to be used for promotional purposes. Therefore they agree with the following statement:
“I would like to be informed by The Stellar Styles about upcoming offers. I, therefore, consent for my e-mail address to be added to The Stellar Styles’s mailing list.”
The customer has the right to revoke consent to personal data storage, without notice, effective immediately. The customer should refer to the Contact Us page to inform us of their wish to revoke consent to their data storage or use the link in the newsletter. As soon as the customer unsubscribes from our newsletter we will delete their data.
6. Customer’s rights to information, rectification, deletion, blocking and revocation
With regard to the personal data stored, the customer has the following rights, the exercise of which is free of charge. We may ask customers to submit any questions or concerns concerning the information via the Contact Us page.
Information
The customer has the right to receive information free of charge about stored personal data, their origin, and recipients, or categories of recipients to whom their data may be passed, as well as the purposes of data storage.
Rectification
The customer also has the right to correct incorrectly stored personal data.
Deletion
The customer has the right to delete their personally identifiable personal data as soon as knowledge of the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of the purpose of storage and does not preclude legal, statutory or contractual retention periods.
Blocking
